This notice describes how CTG Investigations LLC (“CTG”) handles information in connection with this website.

Information collected through this website

This website does not use account registration, client portals, document uploads, online scheduling, or online payments. It does not use advertising or analytics tracking scripts. Beyond the inquiry form described below, CTG does not collect personal information through this website other than the technical information a web server ordinarily records to deliver pages, such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested.

Information you send through the inquiry form or by email

If you contact CTG through the inquiry form or by email, CTG will receive the information you choose to include, such as your name, email address, organization, telephone number, and the details of your inquiry. CTG uses that information to respond to your inquiry and, where an engagement follows, to perform the services requested.

Inquiry-form submissions are delivered to CTG by email through EmailJS and recorded in a private inquiry log maintained in Google Sheets. Those providers process the submission on CTG’s behalf and under their own privacy terms.

Please do not include Social Security numbers, medical records, financial account numbers, passwords, or other highly sensitive information in an initial email. Secure document-transfer arrangements can be provided when necessary.

How information is used and shared

CTG uses information you provide to communicate with you and to evaluate and perform investigative assignments. CTG does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that support CTG’s operations, such as email hosting, and as required by law, regulation, subpoena, or court order.

Retention and security

CTG retains inquiry and engagement records for as long as reasonably necessary for business, professional, legal, and regulatory purposes. CTG uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards to protect information in its possession.
