About the Investigator

Vaughan Ettienne

Vaughan Ettienne is a licensed Texas private investigator and the founder and principal investigator of CTG Investigations LLC.

He retired from the New York City Police Department after 24 years of service, concluding his law-enforcement career as a Second Grade Detective. His experience includes interviewing witnesses and subjects, evaluating evidence, developing investigative leads, conducting field investigations, and preparing detailed reports for official proceedings.

After retiring from the NYPD, Vaughan continued his investigative career in the private sector, conducting Special Investigations Unit assignments involving insurance claims, recorded statements, scene investigations, witness canvasses, background research, surveillance, and open-source intelligence.

He is a Certified Fraud Examiner and holds professional training and certifications in investigations, cybersecurity, fraud examination, and open-source research. He brings a disciplined, evidence-based approach to every assignment.
